With our Preparatory Beauty Cure at home, you can already prepare yourself and your body for the upcoming retreat and slowly set important processes in motion. This shifts the settling-in period for your retreat home and allows you to take full advantage of your time with us at POST BEZAU.

You will receive our POST BEZAU Juices, Beauty Booster Shots, and a Susanne Kaufmann™ Acid Alkalizing Tea for three days, which you can take in addition or integrated with your usual diet. We also recommend that you abstain from coffee and alcohol already during the preparation for your retreat.
