This blend uses the Warming Herbal Mixture as its base. Fennel, thyme and cumin have a warming effect on cold bodies and extremities. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, salt is an ingredient with cooling properties. If this feature is especially important to you, we recommend the cooling Herbal Salt Mixture or the pure Herbal Mixture. Others will quickly develop a taste for this warming Herbal Salt Mixture.
