Our soups, juices, shots, dressings, pear puree, and rice congee are preserved by pasteurisation. Ideally, they should have a shelf life of several weeks if unopened. You will find the recommended latest consumption date on a sticker on the bottom of your products.

The dried products usually have a shelf life of several months. You will find the minimum shelf life on the back label.

However, products often have a shelf life beyond the stated date, especially if your products are stored in a cool and dark place.

As it is difficult to guarantee a shelf life, we recommend that it is better to start the cure immediately after receiving the package.

Unsere Granolas haben Kalorienwerte von ca. 451 bis 523 kcal pro 100 g (Granola Kakao: 451 kcal / 100 g, Granola Quinoa: 501 kcal / 100 g, Granola Glutenfrei: 523 kcal / 100 g). Pro Portion à 67 g bedeutet das also ungefähr 300 bis 350 kcal.

Die Säfte liegen in einem Bereich von ungefähr 32 bis 59 kcal pro 100 ml. Reine Gemüsesäfte haben dabei einen geringeren Energiegehalt als die Säfte mit Obst. Bei drei Säften am Tag kommt man so auf ca. 200 bis 380 kcal. 

Unsere Suppen weisen im Durchschnitt zwischen 91 und 139 kcal pro 100 ml auf. Eine Portion mit 400 ml Suppe ergibt somit ca. 360 bis 560 kcal. Wenn Sie pro Tag zwei Portionen Suppe zu sich nehmen sind das entsprechend ungefähr 720 bis 1.120 kcal. Übrigens: Alle unsere Suppen sind vegan und werden entsprechend ohne Butter oder Sahne zubereitet.

Die Ginger Shots bewegen sich in einem Bereich von ca. 30 bis 50 kcal pro Stück.

The detox tea can be considered calorie-free.

Die tägliche Kalorienmenge unserer Produkte beträgt damit zwischen 1.250 und 1.900 kcal, wobei die Werte lediglich Richt- und Durchschnittswerte sind. Durchschnittlich ist mit einer täglichen Zufuhr von ca. 1.500 kcal allein mit den Produkten der Kur zu rechnen. Milch, Pflanzendrink, Joghurt, zugegebene Früchte oder Gemüse oder was immer sonst Sie zusätzlich zu den Produkten Ihrer Kur essen oder trinken müssen natürlich hinzuaddiert werden, um Ihre individuelle Tageszufuhr zu berechnen.

In general, all our foods (soups, juicings, granolas, ...) are free of preservatives or additives such as sugar, flavour enhancers or similar. We work with 100 % natural ingredients. Some of our products are preserved by pasteurisation.

A detailed list of ingredients is available at any time on request and on the back label of your product packaging.

Orders are processed as soon as possible after receipt. Normally, orders are handed over to our shipping partner only one day after the order is received (orders from Friday may be handed over on Monday).

Please note that we only process orders on weekdays.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country of your order. Orders are shipped with our shipping partner DHL Express.

Within Austria we charge 4.90 € for express shipping. Shipping is free for orders over 70 €.

For shipping to other European countries, we charge slightly higher shipping fees (e.g. 5.90 € for shipping to Germany). Shipping is free of charge for orders over 100 €.

On orders to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we charge a shipping fee of 14.90 €, regardless of the order value.

You will find out the exact shipping charges for your destination country in the ordering process.

Derzeit bieten wir einen Versand in viele Länder innerhalb Europas an, darunter die Schweiz und Liechtenstein. Wir arbeiten daran, in Zukunft in noch viele weitere Länder liefern zu können.

Hinweis für den Versand in die Schweiz: Die angezeigten Preise sind inklusive der österreichischen Umsatzsteuer. Anfallende Zollgebühren werden bei Übergabe der Lieferung vom Empfänger bzw. von der Empfängerin gezahlt. Lieferungen in die Schweiz sind zudem vom Umtausch- & Rückgaberecht ausgeschlossen.

Deliveries within Austria should be delivered on the next working day. International shipments will take longer.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a link to track the shipment and an estimated delivery date. This allows you to check when your parcel will arrive at any time. You also have the option of specifying a desired delivery date.

Within Austria, all deliveries are express deliveries and are normally delivered on the next working day.

There is currently no express option for international shipments.
